Messaging terms
When we text you, and how you make it stop.
Last updated 2026-07-25
The programme
Grad Concert sends text messages to school reps and lead ambassadors about the show they are working: the date, the venue, the lineup, the on-sale, and what their programme needs from them that week.
How you opt in
There is one way in. You check the text message box yourself on the rep application, and it is never pre-checked. We do not add a number any other way and we do not buy lists.
Checking it is not a condition of applying, of being accepted as a rep, or of buying anything.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with the season. Expect a few a month for most of the year and more in the weeks around the on-sale and the show.
We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
How you stop
Reply STOP to any message. That ends them, and we send one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply HELP and we reply with how to reach a person.
Stopping texts does not affect your application, your rep account, your points, or your referral link. We can still reach you by email.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and neither is something we control.
